Quarterly Contracts ONLY
(every 4 months AND last 4 months collection report required)

Premium Package:
- All features in Base Package, plus the following
- Paper patient statements ($1 each), including labor, materials and postage
- Patient phone calls (Call center for patients with questions about their statements)
- Health of the Practice Sessions (monthly custom presentation of your financials)
- Pre-Visit Patient Eligibility Service (Our billers run eligibility on your scheduled patients and report back any insurance coverage issues)
- Insurance Assistance (Guidance, education and assistance with any required insurance paperwork)
- Recredentialing
- Base Package Rate: 6%*
*All PACKAGE rates are based on monthly receivables (not charges). Minimum monthly invoice amount is $500. Set-Up Fee: $550 This is a one-time charge for the initial setup of your account, including the integration of the billing service’s software with your existing systems.

Physicians and other healthcare practitioners such as counseling office, chiropractor, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Urgent care etc., who wish to bill an insurance company as an in-network provider must undergo a process of credentialing.
